1. Can I return my hair extensions? 

No returns.

Hair can be exchanged on a case by case basis which is determined by the Ammara Beauty Bar LLC. managers.  

Only hair in the same condition that you purchased it in will be considered for an exchange. (i.e. Undyed, unwashed, and seals unbroken)   

2. How long does it take for shipping?

Order processing takes 3 to 5 business days. 

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided once your order is shipped. 

Orders will be fulfilled as soon as we receive payment. 

Depending on location it could take longer to receive your package. 

Your shipment may also be delayed if ordering close to national holidays.   

3. How do I care for my hair extension?

Please see our section on hair care in the Hair Care section. 

With the proper care, your hair extensions can last up to a year and maybe longer. 

4. What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept debit/credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and accept Paypal payments.

We do not accept gift cards.
